Systemic Leadership

Bas de Kruyff (1966) is a seasoned coach in the field of leadership and personal effectiveness. In his work, he keeps seeing how leaders are being unconsciously influenced by patterns from their descent in their current position. He himself has experienced how liberating it is when you have the conscious choice of whether to continue that pattern or to adjust to the direction that serves you and your organization the most.
